The COMPACT10E has been added to Piab's compact pump series with a unit width of 10mm.
You can select the following features: Presence or absence of vacuum detection Choice of two types of COAX cartridges with different characteristics: - High vacuum flow model - Ultra-high vacuum model Units can be connected up to a maximum of 8 units with a common compressed air connection. When connecting units, a common silencer or a common exhaust suitable for clean rooms can be configured. Suitable for high-speed pick-and-place applications required in industries such as: - Electronics and semiconductors - Pick-and-sort or testing/inspection - Component transport devices: high-speed (cycle time up to 50ms), SMT (surface mount) machines. - Home appliance assembly, automotive electronic components, etc. - Small robot applications For example, assembly of small parts such as mobile phone casings and displays - Extraction of parts from plastic (injection molding) molds - Consumables, small items, light bulbs, batteries, credit cards, toothbrushes, pacifiers, etc. - Packaging of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics - Top loading (carton-in-case) - Carton assembly
